New Hi-Rail Boom Lift Models
RP 450 HV – Hybrid Solution: Up to 50 hrs battery-only operation with 840 Ah Flash lithium-ion pack. Tier 5 diesel + two electric motors. Integrated panel with crush protection, diagnostics, pantograph display. 16.68 m working height, 450 kg basket, 360° turret, 180° oscillation.
RP 450 V – Stage V Diesel: Tier 5 Kubota D1105-E4B engine with low emissions and reliable power. 16.68 m height, 450 kg basket, 360° rotation, 180° oscillation. Lifting/travel speed 40 s, up to 10 km/h travel, 60% grade, 180 mm cant.
RP 450 HMV – Hybrid Multi-Gauge: Hybrid battery + Tier 5 diesel; field-adjustable 1,000–1,600 mm gauge for international track coverage. 50 hrs battery use, same working height and basket specs as HV model. Control panel with crush protection, diagnostics, camera, pantograph.
RP 450 MV – Multi-Gauge Stage V: Tier 5 Kubota engine; adjustable dual/tri-gauge (1,000–1,600 mm)—switch gauges onsite. 360° turret, 450 kg basket, 7.50 m outreach, 10 km/h rail travel, 60% grade, 180 mm cant. PA64 recording pantograph, ATR450 trailer included.
